One of Juniper Books most beloved products was the monthly book subscription program, Books Everyone Should Own, 'BESO', a classic book set of 12 literary must haves. For years, these offerings captured the attention of the press and readers alike, largely due to the intricate custom jackets we paired with some of the most beloved classic literature of all time. We are excited to offer the 12 BESO Classic Books for which subscribers waited each month, now available on Juniper Custom as one complete set.
Victorian book designs inspired our own creative direction for the custom designed jackets. Bookbinders of the Victorian era experimented with patterns, colors, and techniques to create visually appealing covers that would "exercise the imagination and take the reader on a journey." Our team shares this belief that books should be extraordinary-looking and proudly displayed on your shelves long after they have been read to remind you of the journey the pages once took you.
Whether the set is added to your bookshelf or gifted to a fellow book and design enthusiast, each set in this collection is made to order!
Please note that we print the jackets in our Boulder studio, and they will feature matte inks in rich hues, not the metallic gold featured here.
